Reproductive loss is not usually recognized
as an event to grieve in our society

In the USA over 1 million elective abortions are performed yearly.

In Canada more than one hundred thousand

1 in every 4 pregnancies ends in miscarriage.

1 in 6 couples experience
fertility problems.

We are here to acknowledge, listen, and

counsel without judgement.

We believe that...

In the grieving is the healing.

Grieving Reproductive Loss

The Healing Process

by Kathleen Gray & Anne Lassance

We acknowledge and respond compassionately to the emotional, spiritual, and psychological distress of individuals and families affected by such loss as miscarriage, stillbirth, abortion, adoption, SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome), infertility, and sterility.

By providing professional support services, we support the healing of mind, body, and spirit through a holistic approach, the Healing Process Model ©which promotes constructive healthy grieving and healing for those whose lives have been touched by these painful events, as well as, educating caregivers and the public on reproductive loss grief issues.

In addition, we aim to educate young people in caring for their reproductive health, raise public awareness of factors which affect fertility and factors preventing infertility through our Reproductive Healthcare Options (RHO) Project .

"This is the only safe place where I can talk about my two children. No one else wants to listen to me because they think I should be over it by now."
